Effective date: 2026-08-22 · Version: 1.0
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of invo.testationery.in
("Invo", "the Service"), operated by Tirth Enterprise, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. By using the Service you agree
to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Invo provides free browser-based image tools. All processing takes place on your own device. We do not receive, store or transmit your files. See our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided free of charge, without any account, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
3. Your files and your rights in them
You retain all rights in the images you process. We claim no ownership, licence or interest in them whatsoever — a straightforward consequence of never receiving them.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the images you use with the Service, and for keeping your own backups. Always keep a copy of your originals.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service:
- for any unlawful purpose, or to process content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction;
- to infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person;
- to create forged, falsified or deceptive documents or identification;
- to attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Service or the infrastructure it runs on;
- to scrape, mirror or systematically download the Service other than as a normal visitor.
5. Intellectual property
The Invo name, branding, page content, design and source code are owned by Tirth Enterprise and protected by applicable law. You may use the Service as intended; you may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from the site itself without written permission.
Invo incorporates third-party open-source components, including libheif, LibRaw, UTIF and libavif, each used under its own licence, which continues to govern that component.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet any particular requirement — including the requirements of any third-party form, portal or authority to which you submit a processed file. It is your responsibility to verify that an output file meets the specification you need before you rely on it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tirth Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims shall not exceed INR 1,000.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Third-party links and advertising
The Service may contain links to third-party websites and may display advertising served by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tirth Enterprise against any claim arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Rajkot, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
